Food has always been a huge part of my life. I absolutely love cooking, experimenting, eating out. Nutrition, however, found its way to me after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. It wasn’t until about 4 years after my diagnosis that I realized the foods I eat are severely impacting my state of health. I went on to get a nutrition coaching certification with IIN and after that, eager to continue learning, enrolled myself at Saybrook University to get my Masters Degree.
Every day I learn more about how powerful individualized nutrition can be. When I work with clients, I prioritize creating a safe and welcoming space to work 1:1 towards a personalized approach to your overall wellbeing.
