Hi friends! My name is Dylan – I’m a NASM-certified fitness instructor and IIN-certified health coach based in Ocean City, NJ.

Exercise has always been a constant in my life. From yoga to boxing, from working with a trainer to simply stretching on the floor of my apartment, I have always used movement as a way to unwind and refocus. Fitness was (and still is) something I can turn to when I'm seeking clarity or a better headspace.

Nutrition is something that I found my way to a little later in life. I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease (or chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis) in 2016, and developed a stomach ulcer not long after my initial diagnosis. Living with an autoimmune disease on top of other health complications not only caused me to reexamine what I put into my body, but also made me hyper-conscious of the types of habits I needed to cultivate for me to feel my best. Since then, proper nutrition has been an essential part of my day-to-day life. I became a certified health coach in 2020, and have found an incredible sense of purpose and gratification by helping others uncover their best selves through healthy habits, as well.

As a fitness and health coach, I am dedicated to helping people (especially women) cultivate confidence and live their healthiest, happiest lives through exercise and proper nutrition. I’d love to help you on your journey, too!
