Hi friends! My name is Dylan – I’m a NASM-certified personal & group fitness instructor, a balance & stability certified specialist and 200 hour power yoga certified instructor. I also hold a master’s degree in functional & integrative nutrition.

Exercise has always been a cornerstone of my life. From yoga to boxing, working with a trainer, or simply stretching on the floor of my apartment, movement has consistently been my way to unwind and refocus. Fitness is my go-to for seeking clarity, resetting my mindset, and feeling grounded.

My journey into nutrition came a little later. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease (chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis) and soon after developed a stomach ulcer. Living with an autoimmune disease and other health challenges forced me to reevaluate not only what I was putting into my body but also the habits I needed to cultivate to feel my best. That pivotal moment sparked my deep dive into the world of nutrition, and it has since become an essential part of my life. Becoming a certified health coach in 2020 allowed me to turn my personal experiences into a mission: to help others unlock their healthiest, happiest selves through mindful nutrition and sustainable habits. I chose to further my nutrition education by getting a masters in functional nutrition and am currently in my supervision to become a certified nutrition specialist. 

I’m passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate confidence and live their healthiest, happiest lives through exercise and nutrition tailored to each persons individual needs. I’d love to help you on your journey, too!
