Morning Espresso Protein Smoothie

This one is for all my fellow iced-coffee enthusiasts! It's creamy, sweet, and has just the right amount of kick to get you through your morning! It's my go-to in summer mornings when I’m looking to shake up my iced coffee order. It's also the perfect post-workout treat as it’s packed with protein and healthy fats for energy and recovery! If you’d rather skip the caffeine or if you aren't a coffee drinker, it tastes just as good when you skip the espresso.

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 2
1/2 cup nut milk
1 frozen bananas
2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup cold brew
1 heaping tablespoon of almond or peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 4 walnuts
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
5-6 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend everything on high and enjoy!
